Job summary

EnergyLink, a Quanta Services Company, is seeking Expeditors (Levels I, II & Senior) in Avon, MN to support critical Transmission, Substation, and Distribution projects. You will manage material execution from PO to delivery, collaborating with Buyers, Engineering, Construction, Logistics and Suppliers to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, purchasing, or material coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn ERP systems.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-award material execution process from purchase order through delivery.
• Monitor manufacturing, engineering, testing, inspections, shipping, and delivery milestones with suppliers.
• Build strong supplier relationships and proactively manage schedule risks.
• Maintain accurate status updates in ERP and project management systems.
• Coordinate with Buyers, Engineering, Construction, Logistics, and Project Management.
• Lead supplier meetings, recovery plans, and escalation activities as you gain experience.
• Analyze supplier performance and identify improvements for operational excellence.
• Support dashboards, reporting, and process improvements.
• Mentor junior team members and lead expediting strategies at the Senior level.
