Job summary

GROWMARK, Inc. seeks an experienced Energy Sales professional in Virginia to drive unbranded refined fuels and propane sales across assigned markets. You will help shape long-term growth in the Energy area and lead Energy Account Managers.

Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, building customer relationships, and guiding energy division strategies while aligning with company risk management practices. Travel and overnight stays are required to support customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field with 5+ years petroleum industry experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Proven computer skills.
• Must have ability to work and travel independently and overnight as needed.
• Willingness to participate in required training on company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Achieves budgeted sales and gross income targets by developing and maintaining customer relationships within the assigned market area.
• Develops and implements energy division marketing strategies and supports long-term planning.
• Conducts professional sales techniques and stays informed on products, services and customer interests.
• Uses risk management programs to enhance forward/pre-buy sales and communicates feedback to risk management and pricing teams.
• Maintains professional image of GROWMARK and observes energy marketing and risk management procedures.
