Job summary

GROWMARK is seeking an experienced sales leader to maintain and grow unbranded refined and renewable fuels and propane sales in assigned markets. You will assist in long-term strategic planning for the Energy area and provide leadership to the Energy Account Managers.

The role requires building strong customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and applying risk management to forward/pre-buy sales while representing GROWMARK at trade shows and professional meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business related field required.
• 5+ years of petroleum industry experience preferred.
• Proven communication, persuasion, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Achieves budgeted sales and gross income targets by developing relationships with customers.
• Develops and implements Energy Division marketing strategies and long-term planning.
• Develops and implements professional sales techniques that grow our business.
• Uses risk management programs to enhance forward/pre-buy sales and communicates feedback to risk management.
