Job summary

GROWMARK, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Energy Sales professional to maintain and grow unbranded refined fuels, renewable energy, and propane in assigned markets. You will help shape long-term energy strategy and lead Energy Account Managers to meet targets.

Responsibilities include building customer relationships, developing marketing strategies, driving risk-managed forward sales, and delivering excellent service while representing GROWMARK with integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years of petroleum/energy industry experience.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and gross income targets in assigned markets.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships and identify needs.
• Propose and implement Energy Division unbranded marketing strategies.
• Lead Energy Account Managers and coordinate with pricing and risk teams.
• Represent GROWMARK professionally at trade shows and meetings.
