Job summary
NBCUniversal Media, LLC is seeking a Manager, Strategic Enablement within the Platform Distribution & Partnerships (PD&P) Partner Operations team. Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience in operations or media.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and senior stakeholder handling.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint with data visualization skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional programs from intake to closeout.
- Execute deal terms and partner requests with project plans and milestones.
- Manage Smartsheet/JIRA portfolio environment and workflows.
- Design workflows connecting deal inputs to execution and closure.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to align requirements and timing.
- Create integrated project plans and roadmaps aligning commitments and delivery.
- Run portfolio rhythms and prepare leadership updates.
- Maintain portfolio visibility on milestones, risks, and resources.
- Produce executive dashboards and decision documents.
- Identify risks and propose mitigations with clear options.
- Build templates and SOPs to improve consistency.
- Support portfolio planning and tool adoption.
