Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a seasoned client solutions professional to support priority accounts across technology, telecommunications, and B2B segments. You will translate insights into engagement plans and strategic opportunities, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Strategy teams to drive partnerships.

Role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and storytelling to advance revenue growth while coordinating cross-functional initiatives and supporting high-profile activations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of sales, client solutions or agency experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day steward for assigned accounts, understanding client priorities and NBCUniversal partnerships.
• Develop and maintain account resources, including business overviews and stakeholder maps.
• Monitor category and marketplace developments to inform account strategy.
• Partner across teams to develop insight-driven proposals and client materials.
• Build cross-functional relationships to facilitate collaboration and information sharing.
• Drive follow-up from strategic meetings and advance opportunities across teams.
• Support the management of high-profile activations as needed.
