The role emphasizes process improvement, AI adoption, and cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, HR, Operations, Technology, and Finance. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in banking or financial services, with strong project management, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance, business administration, or related field.
• MBA preferred for seniority and strategic impact.
• 4–6 years of banking/financial services experience, especially in commercial banking or a related business support function.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Business Enablement Leader to execute strategic priorities, business initiatives, and organizational objectives.
• Lead complex projects and cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation, ensuring deliverables, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations are effectively managed.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve team effectiveness and processes.
• Develop and deliver senior executive presentations and strategic communications.
• Coordinate with departments across Marketing, HR, Operations, Technology, Finance, Risk, and Leadership to advance initiatives.
