Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead a financial center, ensuring exceptional customer service and regulatory compliance. You will recruit and develop staff, foster an inclusive culture, and drive growth through deep client relationships across business banking and credit solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business and at least five years in banking with supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years banking experience with 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent knowledge of branch operations, customer service and sales.
• Strong financial acumen including Business Banking and Credit Solutions.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills with time management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a financial center to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance.
• Recruit, retain and train all team members, developing the next Financial Center Manager.
• Foster an inclusive culture within the financial center.
• Support CRA and Community Engagement activities in the core market.
• Oversee Branch Small Business Activity to drive new business and deepen relationships.
• Identify client needs and refer to appropriate lines of business.
• Ensure team adherence to Texas Capital Bank policies and laws.
• Coordinate operational issues including automation and equipment needs.
• Drive growth through ethical sales and client relationship deepening.
• Support commercial, private wealth and treasury officers with client calls.
• Perform teller transactions and banker functions as needed.
