Job summary

University of Washington's Career Center @ Engineering seeks an Employer Success Manager to cultivate and expand partnerships between engineering students and employers, enabling work-based learning and meaningful student-employer connections.

Reporting to the Director, you will design programs, coordinate with UW departments, and represent the office at external events while expanding engagement across the college.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in employer relations, university-industry partnerships, program management, or a closely related field.
• Applicants who do not meet these qualifications WILL NOT be forwarded to the Hiring Manager.

Responsibilities

• Grow & deepen employer partnerships across a portfolio, building engagement strategies beyond traditional recruiting.
• Develop and pilot new engagement models, including work-integrated learning and project-based experiences.
• Track and report program outcomes and employer trends to inform strategy and improve initiatives.
