The University of Michigan Ross School of Business is seeking an Employer Relations Manager to strengthen partnerships with employers, students, and alumni in a hybrid, Ann Arbor-based role. You will shape recruiting strategies, guide student preparedness, and expand engagement opportunities while reporting to the Senior Director of Employer Relations.

This three-day-per-week on-site position may require occasional travel and after-hours hours.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in recruiting or related field.
• Experience coaching students and leading teams (1+ year).
• Experience representing your organization to executives, donors, faculty.
• Experience in project management and event planning.

Responsabilidades

• Design and refine student engagement and recruiting strategies aligned with employer partner needs.
• Advise student career clubs and deliver industry insights to students and CDO teams.
• Cultivate relationships with existing and prospective employers to expand recruiting opportunities.
• Develop and evaluate assigned staff; set goals and performance standards.
