• Willingness to travel within the region for employer recruitment and site visits.

• Build and maintain relationships with local and regional employers.
• Create and implement internships and other work-based learning opportunities for Illinois College students.
• Collaborate with student-support personnel to promote work-based learning participation.
• Develop and implement systems for tracking and documenting work-based learning activities.
• Identify critical skills and knowledge for post-graduate success in changing work environments.
• Oversee advisory boards and develop new groups to support high-employment-potential areas.
• Establish, organize, and host annual Employer Summit to align Illinois College with regional partners.
