Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategy for employer engagement with employers, alumnae, and families.
• Organize and facilitate career development and recruitment events including information sessions, networking opportunities, career fairs, workshops, and alumni panels.
• Track and report on employer engagement metrics and program impact.
• Collaborate with campus partners to build a volunteer pipeline for CP&R programs.
