Aufgaben

• Ensure compliance with Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
• Assist Ethics & Compliance and Security with ER investigations.
• Maintain confidential ER data in systems and paper files.
• Provide professional ER service per the ER SLA.
• Independently resolve Tier 1 cases and manage Tier 2 with guidance.
• Understand customer’s ER requirements and business context.
• Proactively propose solutions to meet business needs.
• Meet defined ER SLA and implement project elements.
