Job summary

PharMerica, a BrightSpring Health Services affiliate, seeks an Employee Relations Advisor to serve as a trusted ER expert for leaders and HR Partners. You will handle investigations, policy interpretation, and performance matters, aiming for fair, compliant outcomes while reducing risk.

Responsibilities include coaching leaders, analyzing ER trends, and ensuring documentation and compliance with laws. Full-time role with standard schedule and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of employee relations experience, preferably in healthcare or manufacturing.
• Experience managing investigations and employee conduct cases.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, Title VII and related laws.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of routine to moderately complex ER matters.
• Conduct impartial investigations and document findings with recommendations.
• Ensure timely resolution in line with KPIs and standards.
• Advise leaders on performance management, corrective actions, and policy application.
• Coach leaders on difficult conversations and analyze ER trends to mitigate risk.
• Maintain accurate, confidential case records and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Advise on LOA related matters; collaborate with Legal/Compliance on high-risk issues.
• Partner with COE to escalate complex issues appropriately.
