Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Labor Relations or related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to educate employees.
• Knowledge of HR practices, legal/compliance requirements in a local environment.
• Ability to collaborate and influence across teams.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee and labor relations, including grievances and arbitration with unionized environments.
• Handle employee relations issues via whistleblower/hotline or third-party channels.
• Consult on discipline management with HRBP and investigate external party complaints.
• Support unemployment hearings and respond to unemployment questionnaires.
• Provide labor relations support for M&A activities and unionization actions.
• Manage background checks and severance agreement processes.
• Partner with TD and HRBP to implement training and tools to educate employees and promote HR compliance.
• Monitor and respond to employee engagement feedback.
