Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to advise managers and HRBPs on employee relations matters and policy interpretation. The role involves conducting investigations, preparing reports, and presenting findings with recommendations to leadership.

You will oversee corrective action processes, collaborate with COEs and the Office of General Counsel as needed, and support accommodations, LOAs, and complex case management in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in HR;4th line
• Minimum 2–3 years in Employee Relations/Labor Relations or HRBP level role
• PHR/SPHR or equivalent certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Advise managers and HRBPs on employee relations and policy interpretation.
• Conduct sensitive investigations; prepare reports and present findings.
• Manage corrective action process and appeals with documentation and evidence.
• Support LOA, accommodations, and exit/termination processes as needed.
