Job summary

Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to advise leaders on employee relations and policy interpretation. You will investigate issues, ensure lawful applications of policies, and collaborate with Legal and Compliance on complex matters.

The role emphasizes engagement, risk mitigation, and building strong partnerships with the People Team Centers of Excellence to address staffing concerns and improve workplace practices.

Qualifications

• Five years of HR Employee Relations or Consulting/Business Partner experience.
• Strong knowledge of EEOC and employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Consult with leaders on employee relations matters and policy interpretation.
• Investigate workplace issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance on complex cases.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives with leaders.
