Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Specialist to lead complex investigations, advise leaders, and promote fair, defensible outcomes across the organization. As a strategic partner to HRBPs and Legal, you will manage high-risk ER cases end-to-end, ensure policy alignment globally, and drive scalable playbooks that strengthen our culture as we scale.

This role requires multi-state experience, sound judgment, and superb written documentation to support a compliant and equitable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years in Employee Relations or compliance.
• Experience leading workplace investigations end-to-end.
• Knowledge of multi-state employment law and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Strong written communication for legally defensible documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end investigations into complex ER matters.
• Collaborate with Legal to manage risk and compliance.
• Ensure consistent global policy application across regions.
• Advise on high-risk performance cases, including PIPs and disciplinary actions.
• Provide real-time case consultation for ambiguous or sensitive situations.
• Drive improvements to ER playbooks, templates, and workflows.
