Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Three years of HR experience.
• Experience handling EEO, grievances, FMLA, and disability accommodations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and ability to interact with all levels including senior leadership.
• Experience in a unionized environment and with HRIS like Lawson is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promotes compliance with System policies, contracts, and employment laws.
• Reviews policies for effectiveness and research best practices.
• Advises on routine employee and labor relations issues, including disciplinary matters.
• Maintains metrics to monitor program effectiveness and outcomes.
• Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.
