Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/business or related field required.
• 3-4 years resolving employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts.
• In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local employment law.
• Ability to coach and provide meaningful insights while avoiding rushed judgments.

Responsibilities

• Provide Employee Relations support, partnership, and coaching for all associates and leaders.
• Interpret and clarify employee relations policies and key regulations.
• Escalate and address issues with a balanced assessment of benefits vs. risks, while ensuring compliance.
• Guide on documentation for performance/behavior concerns and monitor delivery.
• Support conflict resolution and facilitate dialogue on associate/employer issues.
• Oversee appropriate approvals for terminations with compliance to laws.
• Maintain a sensitive caseload of investigations and provide objective recommendations.
