Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 14+ years experience or 12 years with advanced degree.
• Experience leading a matrixed corporate communications team.
• Experience in employee and internal communications.
• Experience working with executives to develop and implement strategies.
• Experience in change communications and major transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive comms strategies and timelines for major transformations.
• Lead a matrixed team to deliver employee and internal communications and ensure message alignment across units.
• Collaborate with leaders to align strategy with transformation goals.
• Regularly report on progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Utilize data and analytics to inform strategies.
• Create storytelling opportunities highlighting transformation impact and best practices.
• Coordinate with Collins transformation team for integrated change efforts.
