Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on email marketing experience.

• Experience working with email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact, Mail Chimp, Active Campaign, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar.
• A strong understanding of email performance metrics and what they mean.

• The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without losing sight of the details.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A proactive mindset and genuine curiosity about what makes audiences click, engage, and convert.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic email marketing campaigns from concept through deployment and reporting.
• Build engaging email content, including copy, creative direction, calls to action, and compelling subject lines.
• Manage email calendars, campaigns, automations, segmentation, testing, and deployment.
• Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Conduct A/B testing and continually look for opportunities to improve engagement, conversions, and overall performance.
• Collaborate with account, creative, content, and digital marketing teams to ensure email campaigns align with broader marketing strategies.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in email marketing.
• Maintain a high level of quality control, accuracy, and attention to detail across every campaign.
• Communicate campaign performance and insights clearly to both internal teams and clients.
