Job summary

Creative Cove Inc., a Greater Dallas based retail client, seeks an Email Marketing Specialist with 4+ years in email marketing. You will set up emails, manage data extensions, and upload proofs, with Marketing Cloud experience strongly preferred. This long-term, onsite role is 4 days a week with remote Fridays.

You will collaborate with the Digital Marketing Team to deploy segmented campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize communications related to promotions and events.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in email marketing and automation.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud strongly preferred.
• Strong data-driven approach and familiarity with email best practices.

Responsibilities

• Load lists and create data extensions; execute, test, optimize, and follow up on campaigns.
• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure campaigns reach the right audiences at the right time.
• Analyze performance using data to meet or exceed targets and manage the Marketing Cloud database.
• Collaborate with Senior Email Marketing Specialist and Communications team to execute email strategy.
