Job summary

Southern California Edison (SCE) is seeking a Customer Programs Measurement & Evaluation Advisor to lead EM&V impact evaluations across DSM programs. You will design and manage studies, perform statistical analyses, and translate results into actionable insights to improve program performance and CPUC compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in evaluation/EM&V, economic analysis, forecasting, or related research and evaluation activities.
• Working knowledge of California energy efficiency regulatory environment and CPUC requirements.
• Demonstrated project management experience, stakeholder management, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Participates in energy efficiency program evaluations including process and impact studies.
• Executes evaluation studies, billing analysis and custom impact evaluations.
• Forecasts energy savings, costs and benefits with stakeholders.
• Supports market assessment studies to inform future program efforts.
• Performs cost‑effectiveness analyses of programs and measures.
• Maintains relationships with stakeholders to share best practices and provide guidance.
• Contributes to regulatory filings and responds to data requests.
• Ensures protection of sensitive data and cybersecurity standards.
