Job summary

Fuze HR Solutions seeks an experienced Procurement Specialist in Tempe, AZ to manage purchasing, supplier relations, and cost control in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. You will optimize material flow, support production schedules, and drive continuous improvement through supplier performance analysis.

The role collaborates with Quality, Operations, and internal teams to resolve material issues, maintain item-master accuracy, and contribute to ISO-aligned processes.

Qualifications

• Relevant procurement experience in manufacturing, 5+ years or a degree in supply chain management.
• Experience negotiating with suppliers and managing contracts.
• Proficient with MRP/ERP systems and supplier performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Purchase materials, goods, and services based on MRP/ERP requirements.
• Review and release approved purchase orders and work orders.
• Coordinate inbound materials to support production and shipping schedules.
• Manage RFx activities and analyze supplier responses for best-value decisions.
• Maintain procurement, delivery, quality, performance, and inventory records.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor performance.
