Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management or related discipline; 2-3 years experience.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing, electronics preferred.
• ERP experience; Made2Manage is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains system accuracy for production orders across planning horizons (planned and firmed).
• Coordinates with purchasing to ensure material availability through MRP communications.
• Responsible for RCCP and labor planning inputs for the S&OP process.
• Monitors inventory levels and adjusts plans to optimize cost and reduce waste.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with Program Managers, Operations, Quality, Engineering to schedule production.
• Supports the Manager, Warehouse and Planning with ad hoc reporting or projects.
• KPIs: OTIF and Coverage levels.
