Qualifications

• Degree in supply chain, business, or related field preferred.
• Experience in logistics, procurement, supply chain management, or related field.
• Familiarity with inventory management software; Procore is a plus.
• Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong vendor relationship building and warranty claims experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Manage lead times and proactively plan deliveries.
• Source bids from multiple vendors for best value.
• Maintain strong vendor and project manager relationships.
• Handle warranty claims with prompt resolution.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers for just-in-time delivery.
• Schedule and plan material delivery and logistics.
• Forecast material lead times for upcoming projects.
• Track spending to stay within budget.
• Ensure accurate, prompt material delivery with follow-through.
• Review files/documentation for shipment/order accuracy.
