Job summary

Sourceability is seeking a dynamic Senior Buyer to join the EMEA Purchasing Team, working Remote/Hybrid across Europe. You will drive revenue growth, optimize procurement strategies, and source materials cost-effectively while supporting cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires strong negotiation, supplier management, and ERP proficiency, with a focus on global sourcing and adherence to company policies and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Procure electronic components according to supply chain strategies and policies.
• Maintain up-to-date accounts in the ERP system.
• Negotiate prices, quantities, delivery schedules and exclusive deals.
• Build and manage relationships with global suppliers.
• Collaborate with Sales to fulfill customer orders via established channels.
• Conduct supplier qualifications and maintain supplier CRM/profile.
• Manage purchase orders and keep records of orders/receipts.
• Review purchase orders and contracts for compliance and risk mitigation.
• Handle quality issues and discrepancies.
• Travel to team meetings and company events as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
