Job summary

Enerpac Tool Group is seeking a Global Strategic Sourcing Category Manager - Electronics to lead procurement for global electrical components, contract manufacturing and buy-brand resale products. You will work with site locations and product strategy teams to develop procurement strategies and align with financial targets.

You will drive RFPs/RFQs, supplier selection, and contract negotiations, ensuring cost, quality, delivery, and service objectives are achieved across the globe.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in Supply Chain or Engineering preferred; business/industrial field acceptable.
• 10 years in industrial manufacturing with Engineering/Supply Chain focus; electronics and battery tech a plus.
• Proven success working with suppliers/customers; global sourcing experience with low-cost regions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct strategic sourcing activities for electronics and related categories.
• Lead RFP/RFQ processes and supplier screening with cross-functional teams.
• Negotiate supplier contracts including terms, price, delivery, and currency exchange.
• Analyze market conditions to forecast material availability and pricing.
• Report KPI progress and drive continuous improvement in sourcing performance.
