Sourceability is seeking a Memory Buyer to join its global purchasing team. You will drive sourcing strategies for electronic components, qualify suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective procurement with quality and reliability.

This remote/hybrid role supports cross-functional teams across EMEA, emphasizing supplier relationships, market analysis, risk mitigation, and on-time delivery to optimize costs and customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with supplier focus.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for electronic components.
• Identify and qualify suppliers, negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
• Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality and reliability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Conduct supplier performance evaluations and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Negotiate favorable terms on cost, lead times, and service levels.
• Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and supply chain risks in the electronic broker industry.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies to prevent disruptions in supply.
• Analyze commodity pricing, global demand, and geopolitical factors affecting supply chains.
• Work closely with sales, operations, and logistics teams to align supply with business demand.
• Forecast demand and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.
• Ensure all electronic components meet regulatory and industry standards.
• Collaborate with quality control teams to prevent defective or counterfeit components.
• Maintain compliance with environmental and ethical sourcing regulations.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality.
• Leverage bulk purchasing, strategic partnerships, and alternative sourcing to optimize costs.
