Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist in Tempe, AZ to lead procurement activities for engineered equipment, commodities, and materials.

You will mentor junior buyers and ensure project teams receive compliant, cost-effective sourcing aligned with contracts and company policy. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in electrical construction procurement, strong negotiation skills, and experience with SRM and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ electrical construction procurement experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and plan all aspects of procurement from pre-bid to closeout.
• Monitor and oversee procurement buy-out execution.
• Negotiate terms with equipment and material suppliers.
• Lead and/or support aggregated sourcing events and RFPs.
• Review supplier metrics and ensure targets are met.
• Manage supplier qualification and SRM relationships.
• Interface with estimating, design, and site management.
