Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to lead procurement of engineered equipment, commodities, and materials for major projects from pre-bid to closeout. You will mentor junior agents and support project teams to ensure contractual compliance and value delivery.

The role requires strong negotiation, supplier relationship management, and cross-functional communication with estimating, design, and site teams. 10% travel may be involved on a national basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business management or related field.
• 5+ years electrical construction procurement experience.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and plan all aspects of procurement from pre-bid to closeout.
• Negotiate commercial terms with equipment and material suppliers.
• Lead sourcing events and RFPs to secure best value for Rosendin Electric.
• Interface with estimating, design and site management teams.
