Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, program/project management, supply chain management, consulting, or engineering role.
• Experience in data analytics and EHS project management or program management functions.
• Proficiency with MS Office, SQL databases, Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
• Willingness to relocate or work on-site in Bastrop, TX.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement dashboards and tools for the environmental health and safety department.
• Analyze data related to environmental monitoring, incident reports, and safety performance.
• Collaborate with teams to solicit feedback on developed systems.
• Provide training and educational materials on safety applications and visualization platforms.
• Collaborate with software teams to create improvements and manage projects to completion.
• Produce specific metric reports upon request.
• Execute a disciplined PM framework to drive maturity of EHS initiatives.
• Architect action planning to reduce risk and drive operational excellence.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Communicate with engineers and leadership at all levels.
