SpaceX is seeking a Sr. EHS Program Manager to support Starlink operations in Bastrop, TX. The role focuses on implementing EHS systems, tools, and metrics to enhance safety performance and operational excellence.

The position requires 5+ years in related roles, and candidates should have strong data analytics, TPM/PM capabilities, and proficiency with MS Office, SQL, Excel, and Power BI. Some roles may require relocation to Bastrop, TX and occasional travel.

SR. EHS PROGRAM MANAGER

The Sr. EHS Program Manager provides business unit-level support to SpaceX's Starlink operations in Bastrop, TX, focusing on strategic implementation of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) systems, tools, and performance metrics that improves our capacity to support dynamic operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement dashboards and tools as needed for the environmental health and safety department
• Analyze data related to environmental monitoring, incident reports, and safety performance to identify opportunities for data visualization
• Collaborate with teams across the business unit to solicit feedback on developed systems
• Provide training sessions and educational materials to employees on awareness of proper usage of safety applications and visualization platforms
• Collaborate with application software teams and/or contractors to create application improvements and manage software development projects to completion
• Produce specific metric reports upon request
• Execute a disciplined project management framework that drives maturity of EHS initiatives and timely execution
• Architect strategic action planning activities that harness organizational priorities centered on risk reduction and operational excellence within the EHS discipline
• Identify operational challenges within the organization, lead problem formulation, determine causal factors, and implement creative and effective solutions
• Communicate effectively with different levels of the organization, including everything from layout reviews with engineers to presentations with leadership

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, program/project management, supply chain management, consulting, or engineering role

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in data analytics, environmental health and safety project management, and/orprogram management functions
• Technical Program Management (TPM) expertise strongly preferred; Project Management Professional (PMP) welcomed
• Proficiency with MS office, SQL databases, Excel and PowerPoint and Power BI
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to multi-task, to manage shifting priorities, and to follow through on projects with minimal supervision
• Demonstrate innovative and futuristic thinking to drive continuous improvement

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• This isnot a remote or hybrid position and will require relocation if not already local to theBastrop, TXarea
• Willing to travel to other SpaceX locations when requested
• Ability to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed
