Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking an EHS professional to lead training, oversight and safety compliance across all operations. You will conduct site visits, coach management, and drive safety culture with a focus on incident prevention and regulatory adherence.

The role requires 5+ years in safety leadership, strong OSHA familiarity, and ability to manage multiple sites and contractors. Travel and a collaborative, safety-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an occupational safety-related field or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience with a large company.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, MSHA, TXDOT, and FMCSA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide training, oversight and compliance support to all lines of business, facilities and construction operations.
• Lead safety audits and corrective actions with management input.
• Oversee contractors and high-hazard work safety controls.
• Coordinate safety program improvements with HR and safety teams.
• Support driver training and USDOT compliance.
