Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an experienced EHS leader to manage the Environmental, Health, and Safety function on multiple projects in the Texas area. The role partners with project leadership to align EHS strategies with company goals and drives continuous improvement across sites.

You will coach EHS professionals, implement comprehensive programs, and leverage data and technology to enhance safety performance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or associate in environmental science, occupational health, safety management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction training required.
• First Aid/CPR/AED or Narcan preferred; CHST and CSP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EHS function on projects and drive cross-functional performance.
• Direct interpretation and application of regulatory EHS requirements and standards.
• Lead risk management, crisis response, and compliance initiatives for EHS programs.
• Integrate analytics and new technologies to improve EHS outcomes.
• Set vision and performance expectations for EHS stewardship.
• Communicate key initiatives and results to leadership.
• Lead incident and crisis management and share lessons learned.
