Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading EHS teams in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to train and coach employees on safety policies.
• Experience maintaining EHS documentation and records.

Responsibilities

• Manage EHS processes for the facility and align with Corporate EHS.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA) and reporting.
• Develop and implement EHS training programs.
• Conduct risk assessments (SFMEA/JSA) and ensure PPE use.
• Coordinate incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Oversee vendor management and internal safety communications.
