Job summary

Worthington Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an EH&S Manager (Business Partner) to lead environmental, health, and safety programs at our Westerville, Ohio facility.

You will collaborate with plant personnel and Corporate EHS to maintain OSHA/EPA compliance, implement best practices, and manage EHS systems and reporting. You will drive training, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives, while coordinating with vendors and leading incident investigations to ensure a safe, compliant

Responsibilities

• Process Management: Implement EHS elements and improvements.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with EHS laws and regulations and maintain records.
• Training: Educate employees on regulatory standards and internal policy.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct SFMEA/JSA risk assessments and PPE management.
• Communication: Manage safety council and incident notifications.
• Vendor Management: Handle vendor selection and contracts.
• Incident Investigation: Oversee investigations and corrective actions.
• Other duties as assigned.
