Job summary

Charter Manufacturing seeks an experienced Corporate Environmental Health & Safety Program Manager to drive enterprise-wide EHS programs, data analytics, and strategic safety initiatives. You will partner with senior leaders to shape governance, training, and performance metrics across manufacturing sites while leading change and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, or a related field.
7+ years of progressive EHS experience with regulatory compliance exposure.
Minimum of 4 years supporting multi-site manufacturing operations.
Expertise in EHS systems, data management, analytics, and reporting.
Experience leading complex projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
Willingness to travel up to 35% of the time.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide safety and environmental programs to drive compliance and risk reduction.
Partner with leadership to set performance metrics and strategic objectives.
Develop governance, policies, training, and communications supporting business goals.
Own EHS data platforms, dashboards, and analytics for actionable insights.
Collaborate with BI teams to modernize data platforms and reporting capabilities.
Provide guidance on incidents, regulatory compliance, and corrective actions.
