Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Senior Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead and continuously improve environmental, health, and safety programs across manufacturing operations. You will develop strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, drive risk reduction, and foster a safety-first culture to protect people, property, and the environment while supporting production goals.

You will oversee incident investigations, audits, and cross-functional coordination, driving CAPA actions and training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT where applicable.
• Experience leading cross-site EHS programs.
• Experience in incident investigations and CAPA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain EHS programs across manufacturing sites.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Conduct regular EHS audits and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to integrate EHS into processes.
• Manage regulatory reporting and permit activities.
• Deliver EHS training and health programs.
• Lead emergency preparedness and drills.
