Qualifications

• Specialized Experience: 1 year at or above GS-9 in the federal system or equivalent.
• Education substitution allowed: Ph.D. or 3 years of graduate study in a related field; transcripts required.
• Combination: mix of education and experience demonstrating the workload and responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Develops and presents training programs and provides advice on EEO and affirmative Employment issues.
• Maintains statistical data on discrimination complaints and prepares reports.
• Analyzes trends in demographic data and coordinates with officials on EEO matters.
• Coordinates logistics for meetings and trainings and supports the EEO program.
