Qualifications

• Experience in full life cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to source candidates through diverse channels.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and cultural-fit evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all laws, policies, and procedures.
• Provide consultative recruiting services and manage end-to-end process.
• Develop staffing, hiring, and interviewing plans.
• Build a qualified candidate pool for instructional and non-instructional roles.
• Screen applicants and assist in interviewing and offer processes.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to improve recruiting plans.
• Maintain a network of contacts for talent sourcing through multiple channels.
• Explain CMS onboarding requirements and workforce expectations.
• Track and report applicant/interview data.
• Coordinate with colleges on campus recruiting initiatives.
• Post openings on various venues and networks.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
