Job summary

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support full lifecycle recruiting and the execution of a talent acquisition program for the organization. The role partners with the Talent Acquisition Director and TAPM to develop local and national recruiting plans, source candidates, and attract top talent across CMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Two years of professional recruiting experience in a large organization required.
• Five years of recruiting experience in a teaching/learning organization preferred.
• PHR, SPHR or other HR certification preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative recruiting services including research, market intelligence, and end-to-end process management.
• Develop staffing, hiring, and interviewing plans.
• Build a pool of qualified applicants and direct-sourcing efforts.
• Screen applicants, assess fit, and assist in interviewing and offers.
