Job summary

You will work with the Talent Acquisition Director and TAPM to develop local and national plans and attract top talent, performing district-level duties in alignment with Board of Education policies.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to state, federal, and local laws, policies, and procedures.
• Provide consultative recruiting services including research, market intelligence, sourcing, and managing the end-to-end process.
• Develop plans related to staffing, hiring, and interviewing.
• Develop a pool of qualified applicants for instructional and non-instructional CMS positions.
• Screen applicants and assist in interviewing and selection to ensure cultural fit.
• Assist in references, rejection letters, offers, and onboarding information.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate recruiting plans and drive improvements.
• Build a network to source qualified talent via diverse channels and direct sourcing.
