Job summary

Flywire is seeking a motivated Relationship Manager to oversee a portfolio of education clients, drive adoption of Flywire solutions, and deliver exceptional service.

The Senior RM will partner with campus stakeholders to design account plans, maximize wallet share, and coordinate contract renewals and product implementation for a seamless payer experience. This role emphasizes data-driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in relationship management, account management, or consultative sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong commercial drive and ability to diagnose and solve client business challenges.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across levels, including executives.
• Proven success in managing contract renewals and negotiations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Problem-solving and project management with a data-driven approach.
• Experience in higher education and/or fintech preferred.
• Salesforce or other CRM experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for an assigned client portfolio across campus offices.
• Partner with Sales, Implementation, Client Optimization and other teams to maximize adoption and wallet share.
• Develop strategic account plans documenting client objectives and growth opportunities.
• Manage renewals, upsell new products, and lead negotiations with internal support.
• Oversee product implementation and rollout for a smooth payer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify process improvements and solutions.
• Adopt a data-driven approach with Client Analysts to spot risks early.
• Deliver high-quality presentations and communications to client stakeholders, including executives.
