Job summary

Flywire is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Education team. You will partner with colleges and universities to ensure successful implementation of our SaaS products and manage multiple, multi-phase projects end-to-end.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project management, strong client communication skills, and a background in higher education or SaaS. This role supports remote work and requires collaboration across internal teams to meet milestones.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree required.
5+ years of project management experience.
Background in SaaS or Higher Education preferred.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
Baseline knowledge of SQL, databases, APIs, web services, and file troubleshooting.
Working knowledge of Agile, SDLC and related methodologies.
Knowledge of PeopleSoft, Colleague, Ellucian, and Banner is preferred.

Responsibilities

Review sales documentation and develop project plans.
Organize resources and manage client relationships.
Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
Coordinate with solutions consultants, implementation managers, product and engineering teams.
Provide weekly status updates to management.
Collaborate across departments to identify improvements and elevate issues to leadership.
