Cengage Group is seeking an Editorial Manager (Business Disciplines) to lead the full content development process, directing strategy, scope, and budget for career-focused learning experiences. You will coordinate with editors, authors, and cross-functional teams to deliver timely, high-quality materials aligned with CLP capabilities.

You will analyze market needs, manage a portfolio with profitability goals, and present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders, ensuring ongoing product improvement

Qualifications

• BA or BS Degree required.
• Minimum 3 years in portfolio/product management, product development, sales, marketing, or other relevant management role.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the difficulty content strategy and roadmap.
• Manage portfolio content budget for profitability.
• Develop strategy for high-impact courses to drive revenue growth.
