Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Lead eDiscovery Analyst to join its in-house Legal team. You will manage end-to-end eDiscovery, forensic investigations, and DSAR responses across matters, investigations, and regulatory requests.

Partner with Legal, IT, Security, Compliance, HR, and external counsel to ensure defensible ESI management and evidence handling. Prior experience in corporate investigations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, legal studies or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7–10+ years in eDiscovery, digital forensics, litigation support, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting legal departments, law firms, or corporate investigations.
• EnCE/CCE/CFCE or equivalent certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Support the full eDiscovery lifecycle for litigation, employment matters, investigations, and DSARs.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between Legal, IT, Compliance, HR and outside counsel.
• Conduct digital forensics investigations and ensure chain-of-custody and admissibility.
