Job summary

KBR, a leading in-house legal team, seeks a Lead eDiscovery Analyst to manage the end-to-end eDiscovery lifecycle, including preservation, collection, processing, and production of ESI for litigation, investigations, and DSARs.

The role involves coordinating with Legal, IT, Compliance, HR, and external counsel, performing digital forensics and data collections, and ensuring defensible practices and regulatory compliance across matters in a hybrid, US-based setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Legal Studies, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7–10+ years of experience in eDiscovery, digital forensics, or litigation support.
• Experience supporting legal departments, law firms, or corporate investigations.
• Relevant forensic certifications such as EnCE, CCE, CFCE, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support full eDiscovery lifecycle: identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, analysis, and production of ESI.
• Serve as liaison between Legal and IT, Compliance, HR, Security, and outside counsel.
• Conduct forensic data collections and analyses while maintaining chain-of-custody and admissibility.
• Perform endpoint/data source forensic analysis to support litigation and investigations.
• Support investigations involving employee misconduct, data loss, and misuse of resources.
• Manage DSAR and regulatory data requests with timely, defensible responses.
• Oversee eDiscovery platforms (Purview and Relativity) for litigation and investigations.
• Deliver updates and findings to attorneys and stakeholders in clear terms.
• Monitor developments in eDiscovery law, regulation, and technology.
