Job summary

KBR is seeking a Lead eDiscovery Analyst to manage the full eDiscovery lifecycle and lead forensic investigations within the in-house Legal team. You will coordinate with Legal, IT, Security, Compliance, and HR to ensure defensible handling of ESI across investigations, regulatory requests, and DSARs.

The role involves overseeing platform administration (Purview eDiscovery Premium and Relativity), maintaining chain-of-custody, and delivering clear findings to attorneys and business leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Legal Studies, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 7–10+ years of experience in eDiscovery, digital forensics, litigation support, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting legal departments, law firms, or corporate investigations functions.
• Relevant forensic certifications such as EnCE, CCE, CFCE, or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• eDiscovery lifecycle management across identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, analysis and production.
• Serve as liaison between Legal and IT, Security, Compliance, HR, outside counsel and vendors.
